This room cost less than $60 for the night, and that is an amazing price! Unfortunately, the shower temperature was extremely hard to regulate, and the towels were very thin and small. Also, my husband saw a small roach in our room. To be fair, the bed was very comfortable, the thermostat works great, and the TV was very clear. They offer coffee in the morning

When me and my children arrived. I went to check the room. There was a bag of trash outside of the door, and the door was not even shut, and only one side of our bed was made. The sheets and towels were extremely worn, and upon checkout they charged me $20 for a sheet and a towel that was stained. The vent in the bathroom did not work and neither did the microwave. They are pet friendly but decided to charge me a pet deposit everyday that I stayed there. The room smelled of ammonia and stale cigarettes. The TV also did not work. I asked to get our room clean or to have room switched, they refused both request and refused a refund. I did not see cockroaches in our room until check out. The desk clerk was very accommodating and helpful. We stayed in a non smoking handicap room. The king sized bed was very very comfortable and clean. There was a microwave, coffee pot, refrigerator in our room. My only suggestion would be better soap . You’ll need a knife to open the package. It was quiet. The furniture was old and would need replacing. Over all. I would stay there again.

Just noticed roaches running across the countertop, next thing I know I can hear mice squeaking inside the AC unit. Overall, feels very uncleanly. The staff were decent. I felt like a bother half the time. I read other reviews before staying here and I honestly didn’t believe the ones talking about the infestations, now I regret booking a week long stay. (Message to staff) Take care of the infestation and at least pretend to care about your job. Both things taken care of I’d give this hotel a solid 4.

The service and value is excellent. The hotel room looks like it needs some TLC but overall comfortable. This time we stayed in a suite but only had 1 tv. Used to other Comfort Suites haveing 2 tvs. I would stay again in future trips to the area. Still serve breakfast mot hot neals but good enough to get you by.
