Fairfield by Marriott Inn & Suites Muskogee

Worst Fairfield Inn I’ve ever been! I was on a two-day business trip. The suite I was in on the third floor faced the highway and the windows weren’t sound proof, very noisy! When I told the lady at checkout this morning, she just said,” OKAY!”!!!! Breakfast was good and the lady in charge was very helpful. The lobby was closed due to some work which was very disappointing because the fitness center was out too! I asked the receptionist for some Qtip and they didn’t have it! As a Marriott Bonvoy member, I think I will skip this place for the rest of my life!

Room was clean and spacious. I do have multiple complaints though. Pillows aren’t firm at all. Bed is uncomfortable. WiFi cuts in and out.. I’ve been here for 4 hours & it cut out 5 times already. The pool & fitness center are closed.. due to construction but they could have told me this without me having to ask. I didn’t realize they were under construction till I walked in. They are friendly though.

This is your average Fairfield. It's cleaner than most. I always like to recognize one team member. Lilly was very sweet and asked me if I was happy with my room...THIS is a nice gesture. The only recommendation I would make is to fix the treadmills or replace them.

Positive: It was clean, and the breakfast was delicious. Staff was very professional and helpful at check in. Negative: The only bad thing was the low water pressure when I showered. I was on the 4th floor.

The location was close to everything we wanted to do. Rooms were spacious, and we even got a free upgrade. Tira at the front desk was amazing and was very helpful when it came to knowledge for food around the area. The 7-3 lady was amazing . Well, when it came to a small conundrum we had, i didn't catch her name, unfortunately. The only downside is the wifi doesn't connect to the TVs, so you can't watch Netflix or YouTube on the TV, and the dish service was spotty at best with what channels you could get. You aren't warned about this at the front desk, nor are you warned on the little slip of paper they give you with the wifi password. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and will probably stay again in the future.
