They don't take credit card payment over phone WHAT??? Most ignorant practice for a motel. So can't make reservations if coming in town 😕 How do you operate Certainly losing business/money 🤔 😳

Okay as we came in the man at the desk had a fight with some black guys who "lost their phone". Then after he let us in and the cops were coming we finally got our room. My manager and i shared a room, he kept the clothes on for sleep. There was mold in the bathroom all over and over. The paint on the walls should definitely cover up something... i hope it was blood and not mold. In the morning i had to get myself ready for a life radio show and wanted to shave... that was the moment i realized that there was no pipe attached underneath the sink... so the water ren out as quick as it ren to the sinkhole. Okay as the remote control for the tv wasn t working either it s more than clear... this is the worst place i ve ever spent a night. And God knows I seen a lot of bad bad places.

This is a great hotel if you need a spot to go get high. But if you're looking for a nice family friendly hotel I'd suggest you avoid this and almost every other hotel/motel/"no tell" on Chapman Hwy.

They have roaches no breakfast the towels were dirty the sheets were dirty. The remote didn't work no toilet paper. O stars. Absolutely terrible. You would be better off sleeping in your car. Last but not least I just saw a little black bug on me. SMH

Me and my wife get there and they check me in nice. They had to clean a handicap room because I'm in a wheelchair. As housekeeping leaves, she tells me to not plug in the lamp. We thought no problem. When we start to settle in, we noticed, no doorknob on the bathroom door. I picked up the phone to call, the phone doesn't work. I went to the office hope to get a different room. He tells me housekeeping has already left and can't clean that room if we are moved. So no one can be put in that room and would lose money. I tell him everything that's wrong and he said the lamp is fine. I'll come plug it up for us. There was no bulb either. I explained if we stay this night could we be moved for my final night. He said yes. I didn't change rooms. But took pics. You have to have quarters for the ic
