Escondido Lodge

Convenient, clean, friendly. The room is clean and spacious. Has a comfy king bed, nice tv/table area and the microwave/refrigerator was a plus. Upon checking in, the gentleman at guest services was so friendly and polite. My check-in was a breeze being that my room was on the first floor next to parking. I didn't have to lug my luggages. 😉 The Lodge is located right off the fwy so it was conveniently accessible and it is close to Target, a Mall and surrounding restaurants and shops. I would stay there again, the price is right. One thing I will mention, my room lacked an iron (iron board was included) and there was a few patched up holes in the wall which was a little sore to the eyes but other than that, it definitely does the job.

Renovated, clean, dog-friendly, spacious, very good price, plenty of parking, & good location. I will for sure book again when we visit Valley Center or Escondido (and nearby places) again. Included for 2 double beds: pool, vending machines, microwave, small fridge, big TV.

We had a delightful stay. It’s quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. They have a pool, hot tub, vending machines, laundry facilities and soon to be serving continental breakfast. The rooms are clean, dog friendly and has modern decor. Overall a great value.

This place is a hidden gem, easy check in & the renovated rooms are gorgeous. Our room was very clean & neat. For the affordable price it was nice to have all the sweet amenities some hotels/motels/inns don’t like a microwave, mini fridge, wifi, pool, & ac unit. The beds are comfortable. You guys made our first trip to SD from LA so much easier. Check out was also a breeze. Thank you Prit for your great costumer service & answering all the questions we had! You made our stay better.

There was new furniture in the rooms and the man at the desk was very nice and friendly. For us, the location near the freeway was good, but for others.The noise from the construction next door might not work. The air conditioning was brand new and very good. This is an older place but the price is right. Did not use the pool and jacuzzi but saw others enjoy. For a reasonable clean and easy access to the freeway this is perfect.
