We were told that buying into the audition plan We would have an experience like what owners here have, minus the being able to trade points for non Well properties. That was in December 2016. This is October 2017 and this is the first time I've been able to get in, tried multiple times but was told there was no openings. We had r reservations on the 9th, got here 3 AM on the 10th after calling to find out about late check in and being told it was no problem. The clerk checking us in noticed something on our reservation and said he was upgrading us, not bad, however my wife can't do much in the way of stairs and what I thought was a ground level unit ended up being a below ground unit. Went back and let the clerk know the problem and then asked what the problem had been earlier, he stated

Street lights don't work and rooms need to be remodeled over priced for the quality
