If you thought you booked a villa, guess again. This is a straight dungeon. First my room was just that, a room. There was nothing villa about it. The room itself sits below ground level. You have no cell service what so ever. Good luck getting any kind of business done with no wifi. Not to mention the "wonderful" hotel staff who laughed at my wife and I about being sick from black mold poisoning. Again I'm just a nobody who didn't what he paid for. Go check it out yourself.

Complaints are specific to Room 3171. Left side bathroom sink very slow drain. Slow drain in the shower means standing in water. Garbage disposal never worked. Found a cockroach on final morning. It ran and hid underneath the stove. Only supplied with three towels. Needs more. Clothes washing machine does work. However, it's petite and loud. The maintenance issues should have been caught earlier. Had we seen the cockroach earlier we would have left.

Loved it. The place is spacious and they provide almost everything you need. Having a full kitchen with washer and dryer was great

A couple of mice running around in the kitchen, may have to seal the holes in the laundry and step up with the pest control, not a fan of mice, a little unnerving.

Was great for us for get away for Valentine's Day weekend. Wish there was more parking spots though.
