Best Western Escondido Hotel

Limited Parking but it is free which is a plus. This hotel has no housekeeping at all. If you need new towels one must obtain them from the front desk. Breakfast was very good and the breakfast staff were very helpful. The in room coffee pot is next to the toilet which was a bit gross, however they had excellent coffee with the free breakfast.

My wife and I really liked this hotel. The check in process was really quick. The young lady that checked us in really helped us out with a room requirement we wanted. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The hotel was very accessible from the freeway and has plenty of parking. The breakfast was just ok and my wife didn’t really care for the coffee. Besides those few minor things we would definitely stay there agin.

I recently stayed at this hotel with my family, and I had specifically chosen it because it offered an accessible room that my 89-year-old mother, who uses a walker, could use. Unfortunately, the bathroom in the accessible room was not accessible at all, which was a major disappointment. To make matters worse, the bathroom was not clean, the hair dryer didn't work, and the bed and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. I was really looking forward to a comfortable stay, but it turned out to be a nightmare. I'm extremely disappointed and won't be returning to this hotel.

Positive: We were in town for a disc golf tournament and this hotel's location was perfect. It was only 1 mile from the course and had many wonderful restaurants close by. They had a nice breakfast. We used the pool and hot tub everyday. Negative: no

Clean overall, nice room (we had the king bed, larger room), service was good. Corridor carpets need replacing or deep cleaning, breakfast (the eggs and bacon can be improved). A good stay overall.
