Well let start out like this I had lived there for 6.5 years never had a problem with anything and nobody tried to get along with everyone and help ppl when they needed it now the reason why I got evicted is because it was my choice not to pay the rent this is why the Manager Hector is no good person at all first off ppl who pay there trailers off can't even get there titles for there homes after 10 years or how ever long it may be pretty sad give those ppl there titles Hector second ppl who rent from him can't even get there problems addressed without a problem and even then doesn't happen in one ear and out the other but let me tell u what he focuses on poisoning cats dogs he doesn't care I have had ,a total of 7 cats come up missing since he had came here a resident had said that he is

Stacy and Hector at Englewood MHP are very professional, kind, and taken care of everything I have ever needed (they still do). I moved into this park 3 years ago. When Hector and Stacy took over, it just so happened I needed to move out of one trailer and into my own due to personal reasons, they made that transition very smooth, easy, and comfortable for my children and I. The maintenance men are constantly working hard and will come out right away after hours if an emergency arises. I feel safe in here. I always have!!! I went to see this place and was super impressed by the community! It was clean and everyone seemed very friendly and has nothing but good things to say when I asked. Hector was very informative and knowledgeable about the community. He showed me around and was so professional and made me feel like I was already part of the community. I believe this will be my next home sweet home!

The staff were easy to deal with and polite. The park is usually in good order and priced right. My neighbors are nice. I can get on the highway pretty quick to get to work and around town.
