Emerald Bay MH park is in an ideal location for shopping and eating out and enjoying nature the people at EBM are very friendly I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great place to call home

What a nice quaint park near the lake, Coby is an amazing manger! You would be pleased to call this place home!
This is a small quant location very close to trails along sand harbor . Prices are very fair considering lake Tahoe and under new management making improvements every month. The community here really work together as well.
