Embassy Suites by Hilton St Augustine Beach Oceanfront Resort

Positive: The hotel had the feeling of an actual resort. I truly was impressed. Negative: When we got there i had a king room booked and they put us in a queen 2 bed but, they did correct this.

I recently stayed at this hotel as a little treat to myself at the end of a work trip. The staff were immediately welcoming and I even felt bad about the valet boy cleaning up my lunch trash in the front of my truck, despite him saying he was glad to do it. I got to my partial oceanview room and immediately realized the balcony overlooked a parking lot. I travel for work all the time and 1st floor rooms, especially butted up to a parking lot, make me uncomfortable. I immediately went and asked to be moved and they put me up on the second floor without issue. The room was spacious and had a great view of the ocean. I hung around the beach, back patio, got some pricey Starbucks coffee and relaxed. When the manager's reception came around, I decided to go as I'd never stayed at a fancy resor

Unfortunately at the time when we were staying, there was construction at the beach. Access to the beach was closed. We have to walk all the way around for about 10 min to get to the beach. The location is great. Happy hour is a bonus. Live music in the evening.

Very nice hotel right on the beach. Great breakfast buffet. The breakfast servers were super polite and very accommodating. Our room was spacious. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Bathtub had some rust on it but overall everything was in good shape and nicely decorated and maintained. Also, I want to say Lisa in housekeeping is phenomenal with her customer service! We were in 347 😉🤩🤩🤩

So many things to say! Worked for the last several months with Sierra for my mom's wedding. Sierra was amazing and very patient! It was ao great to finally meet her the day before the wedding. She listened and provided feedback and suggestions, she is very good at what she does, a true pro! The weather wasn't 100% on our side, but the wedding was still beautiful. Sierra even came with blankets for the guests who were getting cold from the crazy winds that decided to make an appearance. She went above and beyond the entire time! The hotel is GORGEOUS! The rooms are incredibly spacious and comfy (like a home away from home), and this beach location can not be beat! We plan to return to really enjoy the area. Every staff member we encountered was so friendly and customer service focused! We
