Embassy Suites by Hilton Louisville Downtown

This must be the nicest Embassy Suites I have stayed at (and I've stayed at many!). I spent three nights here and my review is... From the location, to the restaurant, paid valet parking, the rooms, amenities, the cocktail reception and the complimentary breakfast---everything is flawless and I have no reason to complain. All the staff and amazing and work incredibly hard to serve and maintain the facilities. The lady at the evening reception (Mary, I think) is super efficient as is Aditya manning the omelet station at breakfast. The location is excellent, on a street with at least eight fine and varied restaurants. If in downtown Louisville, this is certainly the place to stay!

I have to travel frequently for my job. This location is our go to place to stay. The location is great. We love the valet. It's in walking distance of 4th street live! The happy hour and breakfast are well worth it! The only issue I have is depending on what time you leave, and how busy the valets are it does take a minute to get your car. Aside from that I highly recommend the stay!

We stayed here on a recent business trip. The lobby was clean and the staff was easy to work with. The hotel was full for the week. The room was not real clean when we checked in and I had to ask for towels to be delivered after we did not receive the daily room service. They did not perform the room service at any time during the week. The breakfast was good.

This was a fabulous experience We will absolutely stay here again! This hotel exceeded our every expectation! Ahmaree was warm, friendly and reassuring as we checked in. The room had a grandeur about it. It was spacious, well appointed, and cozy. The shower was magnificent with plenty of room for two. Kim was lovely in the cocktail lounge. We arrived as she was packing up to leave, but she stopped what she was doing to prepare a lemon drop martini for me. (My new favorite!) She graciously made drinks for the people behind us too. The breakfast buffet did not disappoint containing every fresh item that I could have dreamed of. Lamont made a yummy omelet to my specifications while Adidya greeted me warmly. Positive: Super luxurious, great pool and exercise room. The room was clean and the breakfast was delicious. The staff was so freaking friendly it made me feel like I was home. Just absolutely wonderful. Negative: Nothing overly negative about this place. Typical downtown stuff.
