Element Opelika Auburn

Hotel was so bougie and high quality build. Lobby was absolutely gorgeous along with the bar, outdoor patio and swimming pool outside. Room was lovely too. There’s a kitchen area with microwave, fridge, stove. Luxurious bathroom and 2 comfortable beds. There was a mix up with my reservation but it got sorted quickly thanks to Mrs. Doreen in the front desk (thank you so much ma’am!) overall splendid hotel. Definitely book here if visiting Auburn!

My stay at the Element Hotel was truly outstanding. The entire property feels brand new; everything is spotless, modern, and thoughtfully designed. Housekeeping kept the room immaculate, and every interaction I had with the front desk was met with genuine kindness and professionalism. The staff went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and well cared for. I enjoyed my stay so much that I’m already looking forward to coming back. Highly recommend this hotel for anyone who values cleanliness, comfort, and exceptional service.

The hotel was still very new when we stayed November 2025. Everything was very clean and well kept. The room was spacious and had nice amenities. Our only complaints were that there was no outlet in the bathroom for our hairdryer, the bathroom door stuck on the threshold and didn’t want to close all the way (we let them know when we left and they said they’d check it out!), and I personally found the pillows too hard/thick, they didn’t seem to bother my mom at all though. The service was great!!! We loved Sydney and Erin! They’re (very friendly, kind, and helpful and the breakfast was delicious. They even had special tea time in the evening. The walls are paper thin. If someone is above you, you'll be able to hear every single step. It's 12:46 at night right now and all I hear is thumping and walking around. I can hear them talking. The bed is also pretty uncomfortable. Much more firm than what I'm used to in hotels and the sheets are scratchy. The hotel and room looks wonderful but it feels like they cheaped on the most important part of a business hotel, comfort and quietness.
