El Rancho Motel

Absolutely terrible. Checked was okay got to our room and it’s absolutely disgusting, found a half smoked cigarette in between the blanket and sheet. Overall room was nasty manager refused a refund. So I checked out and got a room somewhere else

The manager carol sells drugs out of her room steals people's money crappy housekeeper we found dirty needles on top of our fridge. I don't recommend staying here also the owners are pieces of work who are trashy they have no fridges or microwave and they are allowing the drugs n bs to go on.

There is cockroachs the bathroom door has holes all in it the door doesn't lock properly and the rooms smell like cigarette some and the tv didn't work.

I have no complaints about this motel. Brie is very kind and accommodating. It's not as bad as some people say. Air blows cold and wifi works perfectly. We stayed a week and had no problems whatsoever. We had everything we needed thanks to brie. Allowed our dog to stay with us which is awesome. Very reasonable prices. Room was clean when we got there. Very nice room. I am glad we decided to stay here..

The hotel is under new management. I heard some of the things they were saying about the hotel and got stuck having to go there. I was initially very apprehensive about going but on check in I was put at ease. The hotel clerk was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean & well stocked. Towels, cups, soap and the basic amnenities were all easily viewable & accessible on entry to the room. A quiet night and easily slept. I was a little late getting out of my room and the morning management immediately made me feel appreciated and sincerely cared. Helped me with my luggage, telling me not to rush and that I had as much time as needed to get out of the room. I left near to 1pm and caught the manager as I left', he was still very gracious.
