El Rancho Motel

Terrible service this morning we couldn't arrive on time to pick up the suitcases and they took it out of the room and besides they charged us 150 dollars more and we had to pay for it because our plane flight leaves at 12:00 so I ask that the owner change staff because apart from the fact that they did not clean the room that we stayed for 4 days the gentleman who is at the reception was very rude

The king size bed was so comfortable. The room could have been cleaner & the bed better made. But other than those 2 things i slept like a baby. A little pricey though at $125 but check out wasnt until noon so that was really awesome. Great location too

This place is fair Rooms vary depending upon availability The room I had yesterday was not what I would have went for (room 104) Looks like they need to fix up a lot in there. Bed needs to be thrown out. It was a scary. Price was cheap so I wasn't really mad.

There's not much you can say about this place that's going to help it in any way. The place is decrepit. The mattress had a hole so big it looked like a cannonball had shot through it. May have been on fire at one time and they dug out the inside. I don't know. It's quite dirty and expensive. I'm just thankful that I didn't take anything home in my suitcases that wasn't welcomed. That's why I gave it two Stars.

This motel will be undergoing renovations soon. When it does my review will be more through. Until then, if you need a quick spot to get a nap or to get away real quick in the Gun Hill section of the Bronx, good enough place. Just don’t pay attention to the other stuff going on. It can be a distraction.
