We love this place for family getaways. These rooms are not palatial but ARE a good value. This time we were treated to whales just off the coast out the back porch. Very cool. 😎

We stayed at the Seahorse. It has a great view. However, the room was not very clean. The bed was old and it didn't have a bed skirt to cover the very old and dirty box springs. I called to ask if they had one, and they informed me that they were out of them. We could see that they hadn't cleaned under the bed in a very long time. There was dirt along the walls. A broom would have been nice to sweep up all the sand we tracked in for 4 days. and the whole place inside and out needed to be painted. The room was very hot, we turned off all the heat sources and it was still too warm. We ended up opening up the door to cool it down. The good news is that the bathroom was very clean with very white towels. It would have been nice to have more than one towel each for 4 days. We have gone through

The room was mostly clean though based on the smell it was done with day-old dirty baby wipes. Also, the floor was covered in sand and fur.

Very cute but could use a good deep cleaning. Received a text as we pulled in asking about the cleanliness of the room.

Great place for the money. Dated and a little worn but clean and everything works. Biggest downer was the 2-4 minute wait for hot water. Once it got there, there was plenty lol. The upstairs rooms have a great view of the ocean. Gas fireplace was great. Kitchen is perfectly functional.
