Economy Inn - Pittsburgh Airport

Terrible. Nothing like the photos or the description. Don't book here. There were four of us, we only stayed for eight hours to sleep, and we left with a virus, vomiting and diarrhea. The floor is in an old building and moves when you walk on it. The rooms are damp. There's no elevator. The front desk staff wasn't there to check us out. A total disaster.

Pleasantly surprised on how nice and clean our room way. The beds are comfortable, pillows were new. Room smelled fresh. Would definitely recommend staying here. Great value for the price.

Still waiting on refund after being charged twice for a one night stay, sent two emails with documentation requested by manager showing both charges, no response, spoke with manager twice second time he requested CC information said I'd see a refund in 10 business days. No refund after 10 business days, I will mention that they also gave the room I was sleeping in to another guest who entered my room in the middle of the night, which is a security breech. I would not recommend staying here

Positive: Location Negative: The bathroom light buzzed irritatingly. The commode needs updating.

The rooms and bathrooms were dirty. There was a bad smell of old, dampness. The front desk staff was never there. The bathroom towels were dirty. The lighting was terrible. I don't know where they got the photos you see on Google, because they're not from that hotel. That place should be shut down.
