Comfort Suites Pittsburgh Airport

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice this Comfort Inn & Suites was. We originally tried to book the DoubleTree Hilton, but their website gave us trouble and no one returned our message, so we decided to stay here instead. I’m glad we did! It was $136 less for the night, and honestly, a great experience. The room was very clean, the front desk staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was enjoyable. I also loved the lemon water available in the lobby—such a simple touch, but really appreciated. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Perfect spot for a one to two nights stay. Close to restaurants, shops, coffee shops, etc. Small breakfast selection, breakfast area had clean tables but the chairs were sticky. Rooms were clean and accommodating.

I was very impressed and satisfied. I was on the 3rd floor. Seemed like I was the only person up there. It was so quiet. I heard 1 or 2 rooms up here with the tv on while passing by. But that was all. Second floor seemed to have all the kids running about. Update: 01/25/2026- im back this weekend because of the snow storm. This van belongs to the lady at the front desk. Why is she blocking the sidewalk??? I almost twisted my ankle trying to traverse through the flower bed. Also they haven't even had a snow plow. It's 7:10 pm. I think what really angers me is the lack of respect how she is parked and then I saw her parked in a handicap spot with no placard.

The hotel was as expected for this level as far as cleanliness, comfort, and amenities. My disappointments were in the front desk, the breakfast help, and especially the shuttle driver. The night time front desk person was hard to understand and seemed distracted, especially when I called for a shuttle pick up at airport. Way too much confusion and lack of good info. The morning help was never seen at breakfast and wasn't anywhere to be found when checking out, although in their defense it seemed liked the breakfast items were stocked well enough. Now, for the shuttle driver. We had an excellent driver to the airport. Courteous and professional. We tipped him well and thanked him. The driver back from the airport was a real jerk. Seems that most of the bad reviews are people expecting a high end hotel service without wanting to pay for that service. The hotel was great. Staff was great, the location was great. Easy on and easy off of 376. Tons of shopping and restaurants nearby. Rooms were clean and no issues. Sure breakfast was so/so but we also got down there with 20 minutes to spare. There is a sign at the desk that says housekeeping will clean when requested to save costs and environmental reasons. The pool was perfect and the kids had a great time. Will definitely be keeping this location on the list for our next visit.
