Courtyard by Marriott Pittsburgh Airport

This hotel is undergoing extensive renovation and should not be trying to operate during the construction. The lobby and entire first floor look like a war zone. Upon arrival, was unable to check-in as systems were down. Staff eventually was able to manually check people in after about 30 min wait. Staff was doing their best in a really bad situation. Need to shut it down until renovation is done.

Beds here are amazing its like sleeping on a cloud it's very quiet hotel. Everyone here is very nice. Kelly the van driver also Dave and Bill and Mike are amazing. Danny, Grace, Lilly and then and the rest of the front desk crew. Doren and Wilma & Amy the GM and Brad the assistant GM . Highly recommend staying here.

The King Suite gave us plenty of room for our week long stay. Staff was friendly and responsive - quickly came to fix small maintenance issue. Shower had excellent water pressure and the room was very clean. Wish the refrigerator was larger - we purchased a styrofoam cooler for our stay. Did not eat there so cannot rate the food - but good location right off the Parkway and near Airport. Has a well equipped fitness center I used a couple times.

Ten minutes from Pittsburgh airport, this Courtyard offers a free airport shuttle and is clean and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and helpful, plus the pool and fitness center are nice amenities. The Bistro is convenient with limited food and adult beverage offerings, and the food is just okay. The rooms are a bit underwhelming and mattresses are so-so; however, the shower was hot. I expect more from a Courtyard class hotel.

Danny and the bistro was fantastic he took care of my family very polite I highly recommend eating in the bistro breakfast was amazing as well The lady working the front desk Amy very polite as well. And Mark the overnight guy was so nice I forgot my toothbrush and toothpaste he hook me up with a complimentary toothbrush and a razor. The only downfall is the elevators are on the other side of the hotel I got my steps in lol but overall very nice hotel shout out to Danny in the bar shout out to Grace for breakfast and shout out to Amy the friend desk and Dave the van driver. I highly recommend this place I definitely will be back
