Econo Lodge Louisville Airport

Good location for mega cave, zoo, airport, food. Friendly staff. Good for the price. Breakfast was reasonable. Good hotel for travel through trip.

Econolodge is a lovely little hotel. It's very clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice as well.

Was actually impressed with property until that evening when I decided to iron my work clothes. Pulled ironing board down and out fell 4 used injection needles. I was horrified and really scared for safety. Reported thos to front desk, and it seemed as though they were not concerned at all that I as a guest could have been stuck by them. I will definitely not be staying there again and encourage if you do to do a proper safety check of the entire room at check-in.

Our Room was clean, the beds comfortable, and the building was quiet on both Friday and Saturday nights. The shower water was 20deg cooler than the sink which was a negative— but tolerable for two nights. Would stay again but would ask at the front desk to be near the water heater.

Stayed here before. Room was clean. Hot water for shower. Light continental breakfast. Thanks for the banana. Thanks for the alarm clock. Got the basics for a room correct at an effective cost.
