Awesome Staff! Pablo, the GM and his wife are fantastic. I was there for 15 days, and was treated almost like family. Rooms are clean, beds very comfortable. they are is the process of updating rooms, but as they are now, very nice. Highly recommend this Motel

Very mediocre. Pretty noisy all night long (road, water pipes, hospital next door, and lots of other sounds). The bed was acceptable but a bit scratchy and not very soft. Both sinks in the room were rusty. Breakfast was pretty minimal as well. It wasn't awful but certainly not fancy.

This was a supremely underwhelming experience. I only stay here when I visit my Grandpa in Santa Maria. Well that and because I have platinum status for the Quality Inn family of motels. I stay at them a lot for business and I'm usually quite happy. First, let me say that the staff was fantastic. Extremely helpful and willing to go the extra mile. Now, the hotel itself was a complete let down. I ordered the King, no smoking. If that was a no smoking room I got, somebody has broken the no smoking rule. Repeatedly. The entire room had a musty cigarette odor that permeated all of the fabrics in the room. I checked in after a long train and bus trip so I was eager to charge my phone. I would definitely say this hotel is under rated. The rooms were very clean and we'll appointed. The beds were comfy and the bathroom spacious. I was expecting much less for a 2.5 star hotel. Great price, would definitely recommend.

Awful Experience. To start we were charged $30 more than the listed price online. The hotel stank of chemicals when we went into the main lobby and we almost passed out in the stairwell. Just gross. The toilet wouldn't flush in our room so I explained this to reception. He said he'd change the room for me and then told me to come down and get the new key cards. I work for a resort and if a guest isn't happy with their room or has a problem, you apologize and then bend over backwards to improve their experience. You don't tell them to come and fetch the replacement key cards, you run them up to the room and assist in moving the guest to their new digs while asking if there is anything else they need. Terrible experience. Avoid this place.
