So I want to give a huge shout out for Rahul Patel for going above and beyond what one can expect from an employee. We forgot our refrigerated prescription in the refrigerator. Rahul took the medicine to the UPS store to ship it out ASAP. Grateful for his kindness.

The room was clean, simple, and efficient. The location was relatively easy to access from the Interstate highway and had the basic provisions. The desk attendant was not engaging. I believe that the motel may have had Wi-Fi service, but the attendant said nothing about it and I could not find any information about this at the front desk or in my room.

Positive: Older place but well maintained Negative: Traffic noise

Y’all need to stop being so picky, so delicate, It’s a good hotel, great location and should be grateful for having a place to stay, it’s a place to STAY, if you need something you can call the front desk, but speak in the moment, not after you leave. That’s ridiculous. stop complaining online about it, and actually do something about it, communicate your needs and dislikes. Have a blessed day.

This place is awful. I left within 15 minutes of being there. Our main room door did not latch properly. The manager said it was OK because no one could get in. I could see outside the entire door frame and it wiggled a lot even with the deadbolt on. I figured I could handle that for a night and change rooms the next day after I rested. No sooner than the manager left, a man came upstairs screaming about someone selling drugs in the hotel. Then breaks open the door next to my room and beats that person. I called the front desk and the manager didn't seem too concerned to check on anyone. Said they were rearranging furniture. I grabbed my bags and turned in the room key. The cheaper rate wasn't worth my safety.
