Econo Lodge Byron - Warner Robins

Checking in at night was not pleasant, the lady seemed a little rude and the transaction through the window seemed odd but I understand the reason. I gave my card info when making the reservation so I didn't understand have to give it again and using two different machines to make the transaction was frustrating, especially have to do it twice since I had 2 rooms booked. It felt unsafe probably because it was late at night. The non-smoking rooms smelled of smoke or something unpleasant. It did not feel clean. The next morning the people were extremely friendly and helpful, so we have no complaints against them.

The initial room we received was not cleaned and had heavy smoke smell even though it was a non smoking room. The night lady was very nice and changed our room. Also at breakfast there was very minimal available even at 630am.

Positive: "" Negative: There was moisture in the room, we saw roaches and on our last night we found a hornet in light fixture. When we first checked in they gave us an occupied room. Our keys got messed up and we had to go gave them done 3 times. Breakfast was horrible.

They have a rule where you cant take anything from the breakfast area apparently not even a bagel and a cup of apple juice so if your running late and want to grab something light to eat for them that is a big problem this man literally wanted to argue with me for trying to walk out with a half of bagel and a cup of apple juice in my hands they want you to eat breakfast in an area where its super cold and to me that’s unacceptable if im paying to stay at a hotel that offers FREE BREAKFAST what is the issue with me wanting to eat in my room needless to say this will be my last time staying at this hotel and i have been here multiple times but i will spend my money elsewhere and i actually could say alot more but i wont get on here and bash them but that breakfast situation really just did n

Really not a bad stay. Keep editing the building. Maybe knew beds, fill up the soap, newer air conditioning can get a higher grade. Thank you for taking care of us.
