Comfort Suites Byron Warner Robins

Heather at the front desk is wonderful!! We needed to find a new hotel after the hotel we checked into the day before was without water. Heather answered the call with a "don't worry, we have room and running water. Come on over!" Comfort Suites in Bryon turned out to have not only a nicer room but an extremely friendly staff who made you feel welcomed. Heather even gave us tips on nearby attractions too. Breakfast had a nice selection and there's an indoor heated pool and hot tub.

The hotel was clean, the room was nice, and everything looks fairly new. Staff was very courteous and helpful. The room was spacious and well laid out. The bathtub is one of the biggest I've seen for a hotel - we both enjoy a bath on occasion when traveling. The beds were very comfortable, HVAC worked well, plenty of outlets and USB direct in the room, including a USB-C in the clock-radio.

Positive: Great layout of King room with couch, desk and chair, hidden fridge, roomy closet, plenty of room, clean and comfortable. Hot breakfast was good and easy to access, waffle maker simple to use, and variety of options for quick grab on the go, too. Negative: Hot tub broken, which was one big draw to stay there. Pool was nice, though.

Traveling through for the holidays, my family and myself stayed here from the moment we walked through the door. Heather greeted us with a smile, welcomed us in. She was very informative about local things going on where to find certain stores and some great restaurants. She was great with the kids Directed us on the best place to park and exactly where our room was when we got off the elevator she had a smile every day we seen her made their experience exceptional. The rooms were awesome. The breakfast was good. Rosa was very nice. We’ll definitely be coming back on our trip through Again! Thank you for the experience

Easy on off not much there clean nice rooms safe location it seems . The check in person seems a bit cranky (short I guess ) bad day? Morning person very pleasant but start of the day I understand that I worked all my life too, but would recommend it .
