Best Western Inn & Suites

This hotel was a wonderful experience. From it's convenient location right off of I-75 and the cleanliness of the rooms, to the friendly wave we received as we drove into the check-in portico, we found the stay a welcome respite after a long day of travel. It is a pet friendly hotel - one of the best we have visited as the room was exceptionally clean, as well as all the rest of the property. Even the indoor pool area looked spotless. We plan to stay there again. The hotel is situated in a quiet and pleasant surrounding, with all sorts of food options within walking distance. Also a gas station is nearby. The hot breakfast was very good, the area was very clean and Nelly made sure we had everything we needed. Friendly and courteous, clean and pet friendly, with Best Western value pricing?

This is the best best western I've ever stayed in every one was so kind,helpful, and welcoming. They made me feel as if I had royal blood running through my veins the were so kind. They were awesome from the moment I walked in The breakfast was great keep doing what you're doing I recommend this as my stay anytime I'm in town and it not expensive as the rest is what makes it so much more exciting about they're service. You would've thought we paid like we were at the Hilton how we were treated

Positive: The pool was indoor, clean and the water was warm. Negative: Photos are misleading. Every exterior photo didn’t show rooms have exterior entrances. Several people constantly hanging outside their rooms smoking. One guy had his laundry hanging over the railing. My room smelled of pot/mildew combined & had roaches.

I recently had the pleasure of staying here, and I can’t recommend it enough. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by the incredible hospitality. Great hotel for the price. Beds and rooms were ok and not bad. Room was clean. Nice hot tub and warm pool. But the main reason for leaving this review is because of Nelly (Breakfast lady) She was so sweet and helpful. She got my waffle for me so it didn't burn, Held the door open for me to take breakfast back to my family sleeping still, She was overall very friendly!
