Holiday Inn Express & Suites Byron by IHG

Perfectly located right off of I75 in tiffin Georgia. This holiday in Express has all (especially the free breakfast). It's a bit pricey for just a start but the rooms are huge with plenty of space to move around and put your luggage. The mini fridge and microwave, coffee maker are an added plus. The King bed was very comfortable a bit on the softer side from me, but still very comfortable with nice fluffy medium firmness pillows. The AC worked flawlessly with low to moderate noise. And the blackout shades were a welcome! The broom is also generously sized but jacked good water pressure for the shower but it was acceptable. The breakfast had surprising variety with there meats and omelettes and I was not expecting the biscuits and gravy! Overall a fantastic stay!

Our stay was pleasant, comfortable, and unforgettable. Everyone who worked the front desk was so hospitable and accommodating. They made my whole family feel welcomed. Our stay also included being there for Easter, and they helped ensure a memorable one for our three boys, ages 6, 7, and 11. Our encounters with the employees that worked the breakfast and the ladies from housekeeping also get my highest regard for their exceptional service and care to make sure we all had what we needed and wanted. The entire experience was simply amazing!!

We stopped after a long drive from Florida. We checking in around 10:30pm. We are traveling just my daughter and I. There was very little parking due to multiple large trucks hauling trailers taking up all the spots. We found one but felt very uncomfortable as there was a group of men drinking and hanging out. Definitely thought we were going to get stuck in the elevator and the hotel has an odd smell. We walked in and booked our room. Paid $200 for one Thursday night. Looked on booking and I could have got the same room taxes and all for $157. Definitely feel like we were ripped off and taken advantage of because we are tired. The WiFi and tv also do not work in our room 😭 We will not be staying here again during our travels, unfortunately I am too tired to pack up and go to another hotel

I arrived around 7 p.m. after driving 12 hours. Needless to say, I was exhausted. I walked into HIES in Byron GA and felt right at home. Maria and Sarah welcomed me with a smile and greeting. As soon as they knew I was traveling alone, they selected the perfect room. It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. I slept like a 75-year-old baby. Latasha had a delicious variety of things for breakfast. The area was kept clean and well stocked. Check-out was made easy by Michelle. As I was leaving, she said, "Thanks for staying with us. Have a safe trip home and please visit us again." Just like family.

Stay was excellent. House keeping staff was really nice along with an easy check in experience with the front office. Breakfast area was clean. Overall excellent service and stay.
