Quality Inn Byron - Warner Robins

Good location to interstate. Fairly quiet. Personable owner/manager. Clearly making an effort to maintain the place and keep it clean. Minimal breakfast options (make your own waffles and cold cereal). Bed was not the most comfortable.

Roach motel. Roaches in the tub, roaches on the wall As soon as I walked in. Sheets were yellow stained They tried to hide it under the comforter. Pillows were yellow and old. Not a good experience after driving 11 hrs straight. I wont come back. Stayed on the 5th of December and ended up in a smoking room. It wasn't on purpose. I booked through the site and they didn't mention it being a smoking room

Cockroach’s room 117 pulled sheets back and identified a German cockroach. Immediately went up to front desk for a refund. Denied refund called corporate refund denied just got the letter today from my bank they stole from me. No services were provided. Happy I informed the other people in line what I found and not to stay there. I work for a large corporation and have shared my experience with them as well. Happy to share my experience with everyone I know until the day I die. Choice Hotels policy is corporate Theft.

This used to be 5/5, but there has been a decline with new management, The previous staff were very helpful and wonderful customer service, sad to see them go. The rooms are always clean, and its very quiet. However, even despite requests, guests are now "clustered" side-by-side for staff convenience, ignoring privacy and safety. You are being packed into noisy, smoke-filled wings with large trucks blocking car access. Found cigarette butts on my car despite booking non-smoking. The prices are continually rising as well. I wont be back again, this is it for me. If you plan to stay or a night or two is fine, just be mindful the parking spaces are tight, if you don't mind parking further away from your room to avoid dings to your car or cigarette butts left on them, park in the back rows, bu

I found a tiny roach looking bug on the nightstand the second night, killed thinking no big deal. The third night my grandson killed a bigger one in the bathroom. The last morning there was a cockroach about 3/4 inch long on top of the made up bed. Other than the bugs I was pleased with my stay.
