Econo Lodge Augusta, Downtown

The front desk staff rate 10+ they are friendly, and as always, very helpful; the rooms are always immaculate, even when I look for dust or grime in places where a seasoned traveler would expect to find it; clean as a whistle! A short walk to the VA Hospital and very close to pharmacies and numerous fast food restaurants. My place to stay while in Augusta. Give them a try, you'll keep coming back!

We booked here for only one night. The room was dirty. Staff was nice and kind. He tried to expedite the check in process as fast as he can despite the late night. However, our deposit of 100 USD got charged for no reason. We complied with the hotel rules and did not violate anything. I talked to trip.com officer and the process was so slow. We have been waiting for almost a day to get the reply and clarification about that 100 usd charge but no updates at all

My mom and I stayed here the night before my transplant evaluation. It was SO convenient to be directly across the street from the hospital so there was no chance of getting lost trying to get there. Check-in was easy and quick since I booked the room online, the room was very clean, and it was overall a pleasant stay. I was also super impressed with the breakfast they provided. I was honestly expecting simple things like muffins, toast, and/or bagels but they had SO many things! Waffles, different cereals, yogurt, even biscuits and gravy! All in all, if I ever have to go back to Augusta for transplant things, this will definitely be my hotel of choice!

We had a great stay at the Econo Lodge in Augusta, Georgia. The location alone was a tremendous help — it’s right down the street from the hospital, which made a stressful situation much easier for our family. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, and the staff was kind and accommodating. When you’re dealing with medical visits, having a place that’s affordable, close, and reliable makes all the difference, and this location delivered exactly that. We truly appreciate how convenient and helpful this stay was and would absolutely recommend it to anyone needing a place near the hospital.

Stayed 1 night just recently. The room was fine except for the toilet that ran off and on like it probably needs a new stopper in the tank. Everything the heat came on something in the machine would go tap tap..tap..tap tap tap. So I had the pleasure of listening to both those things throughout my 1 night stay. The room was clean. I couldn't tell you about breakfast because by the time I checked out (close to 11 am) everything looked to have been put away.
