ECHO Extended Stay by Wyndham Houston Pasadena Fairway Plaza

I booked this hotel for a week since it was close to my job, I’ve never heard of a hotel only giving you 2 face towels and 2 large towel have to use those same towels for 7 days unless you pay an extra $10.00 for Additional towels. I just got off work after working a 10 hour shift, I’m hot, sweaty and dirty and THIS HOTEL is OUT OF HOT WATER! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY INSANE! I guess I have to pay an EXTRA $10.00 for HOT WATER. The worst part about this they are NOT OFFERING any KIND of ADJUSTMENTS to my bill! Where Is the CUSTOMER SERVICE??

Walls are very thin and you can't get any rest. Even during the day because of the noise from cleaning. And if you say anything they say we're sorry but there is nothing we can do. BUT THEY HAVE NO PROBLEM TAKING YOUR MONEY. The only thing they care about is money. I tried to talk to the cleaning person but they don't speak English.

Brand new property in the middle of all the action Pasadena has to offer. Staff is amazing and always willing to help any needs you might have. Very clean. Highly recommended

If I could give it a -star review I would there is NO water the a/c only go down 68 the walls are really thin there is NO hot water an looking at the other reviews its been like that for 2 weeks DO not stay there

No headache. Just pay $1500/month.
