They demand HOA type living but it's in fact the world's most decrepit and ran down environment i had ever seen and I've lived in many places throughout my life and this place has got to be the only terrible place I had ever experienced, from the service to lack professionalism and no way to pay with cash cause unlike most businesses they probably aren't business ready enough to carry change and seeing all the maintenance workers just slacking off and crimes happening every few days at a time, now they up the charges on lot fee but there is zero improvement whatsoever and now they want us to water and cut "grass" that is 100% disturbed dirt bed and weeds, not to mention all the dangerous trees growing over trailers that could possibly fall onto people's trailers hurting someone but no they

If you like bad service over priced lot fees and no maintenance ran by a 5 foot tall sissy this is the place for you. Got no rule book of any sort when moved in a trailer i bought outright. but they will make up rules as they go and threaten you with eviction even if you own the trailer and pay lot fees on time every time. putting a small fence for 3 tiny dogs to use as a rest room and out door time on hot days to protect them from neighbor hood kids and the very large dogs pitbulls and other large breeds ( the only rule I was aware of) are not allowed but rome free 24/7. So abide by rules with no out line of any sort or else mini man will take your lot.

I were hosted 3 days and they forgot to send clean maid, but as soon as I request the service they give me everything I request. The place is good.
