Americas Best Value Inn Garden City

Very friendly staff, they checked me in well before check in time without charging me extra. Rooms are clean and tidy. Convenient location for me and right next to IHOP. Definitely worth the $$$ spent to stay. I'll be back for sure. Thank you :)

I’m want to start of by saying the guy at the front desk “Vera” gave me super good service and very respectful. And even showed me the way to my room without me asking. This hotel is owned locally and they are very nice people and the rooms are nice and cozy. I will be staying again when I travel through.

For the value, it cannot be beat in G City. Stayed the 3rd wk of Oct 2023 with friends, four rooms. All were clean and well cared for, floors, sheets, towels were not top of the line of course, but all were quite sufficient. The facility exterior needs a lot of repair, but the interion is good. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Location is convenient to most everything. Only complaint was for the TP and pillows. Of course the TP at all lower cost hotels is near transparent and the 4 pillows on my bed were boulders. I rolled up a shirt and used it for a pillow.

Not worth the price we paid. Furniture was chipped and worn, only one side of the bed had outlets. No coffee pot/ coffee available in the room. Toilet seat was very worn. Took a lot of push to completely close the door and lock it. Did have a nice, large screen T.V. Would not recommend or stay here again.

Room had a basic clean. AC worked. Toilet seat was worn and stained. Black mold in the cracks and around the shower itself. Furniture was banged up and chipped. Stickers were stuck in the carpet. No coffee pot or coffee/tea. For the price I paid (over $100 w/ taxes) I expected a lot better. This was a $60 Room at best. Would not recommend nor stay here again.
