Best Western Plus Emerald Inn & Suites

Breakfast was phenomenal, homemade salsa was my favorite thing. Best hotel breakfast I’ve ever had.

This hotel felt really nice. Everything was very clean, the staff was helpful, and the entire place was spotless. Our room even had a ceiling fan, which was a great touch. Wish all Best Western Plus locations were like this! If we’re back in the area, we will definitely stay here again.

Positive: What I liked the most were the spacious and comfortable rooms, the fully equipped gym, and the complete, high-quality breakfast. The espresso coffee at the hotel entrance was also a great touch and always available. Negative: The hotel room felt damp and humid, and the spa was not operational. The spa was an important factor in my decision to book this hotel, so its unavailability was a big disappointment.

The lobby and room was very nice and clean! The bad, the pool and hot but was under construction. I believe that something like this should be put on their website, it was the only reason I stayed here compared to the other motels in the area.

Our family had THE BEST STAY! Parking was a breeze. Our room was next to the elevator which was great. It was also easy to get to breakfast and the gym. We loved that there was coffee, tea, and water provided all day. The coffee tasted great. There wasn't a strange aftertaste. The outdoor and indoor decor was beautiful. The inside was decorated for fall and was so pretty. There was a bar and the bartender made awesome margaritas! Breakfast was delicious. There was sausage and biscuits every morning. They were SOOO GOOOD. The lady who ran breakfast was so sweet. My husband hurt his back and needed to ice it, so I asked her if she had a zip lock bag and she have me one. So so sweet.
