Drury Inn & Suites Memphis Southaven

Positive: I like the buffet dinner and the 3 free cocktails. Negative: My room was somewhat dusty but otherwise my stay was great.

Drury Inn has truly been the best hotel I’ve stayed at while visiting Memphis. I travel here monthly, and I’ve tried several hotels over time, but none have fully met my expectations. until now. From check-in to check-out, this location completely exceeded them.||The customer service was outstanding across the board. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming, which made my stay feel comfortable and stress-free. The rooms were spotless, well-maintained, and quiet. Exactly what I look for after a long day. The place is clean and very well located, which made our stay comfortable from the very beginning. The breakfast and brunch are excellent, offering great quality and variety. The pool was spotless, and everything is offered at a very reasonable price. What truly stands out, however, is the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. They made us feel welcome at all times. We’re leaving Memphis delighted by its people, and the team at this hotel was definitely a key part of that experience.

Hands down, the BEST hotel staff I've ever encountered, and I stay at hotels at least 1-2 weekends a month. During a hellish storm with the hotel booked solid, the staff having to stay at the hotel to take care of everyone, and not knowing what's happening at their own homes, they all are still smiling and going above and beyond. Tamika especially is truly wonderful and made my horrible day better. They all deserve a raise or at very least a bonus for all they are dealing with. The hotel itself is clean and well kept. It has comfortable beds, awesome hot tub, and indoor/outdoor pool.

The rooms are outdated very old smell, the carpets were extra dirty. The toilet had old poop stains and there was an entire 15+ kid pool birthday party going on. Kids and adults were eating while inside the pool. Room 521 was complete chaos filled with 20 kids and noise coming out of room to hallway. We got another reservation somewhere better. Will never go back again. Very disappointed and disgusted. Kabuki restaurant next door had people grinding on each other in parking due to a dj inside.
