Comfort Inn Horn Lake - Southaven

I moved to two different rooms and they both were nasty and and had mold in thr rooms.||The beds smell like someone had urinated in the bed. This was the worst experience I have ever had. If I wasn't tired from driving 8hr I would've drive a extra hour to find a different place. All the hotel around us was booked up. The night lady was rude and didn't try to help. Phone didn't work in the room. The furniture in the rooms where so nasty. The smell was bad. I had to lysol the whole room

A quiet, clean hotel, popular with both blue-collar and white-collar workers. Truck parking available. For us tourists, it’s a 9-mile drive to Graceland, and a 16-mile drive to Beale Street. Staff member Monica is professional and conscientious. Even though I-55 is nearby, you can’t hear it at all. Good hot breakfast with the usual—and wide variety of—Comfort Inn offerings. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby.

Driving in the American flag was in distress! Room was old…grease on arms of divan. Hole in the carpet. Turned on heater and the alarm went off…no concern from the front office!! There was a decent breakfast.

The stay was very pleasant. The room was really nice and clean. The breakfast was nice also. I'll stay again on my next trip.

Sherry, was the most caring understanding and compassionate host I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with thank you so much Sherry you were great!!! She charge my phone on her own charger and found me a phone block to plug my phone into and let me have it for free thank you so much!
