DoubleTree by Hilton St. Louis Airport

I stay in Hiltons roughly 200 nights a year. I have gotten good at looking at the star reviews, and telling if it is an older Doubletree or not. Booked despite the 3.6. Checked in. Incredibly friendly staff. Got to my room, and it is clean, spacious, modern remodeled rooms. I was completely stumped how this beautiful hotel could have such a low rating. Then I went to put my drinks in the fridge that wasn't in the room. 😅 Definitely disappointed on that front, but still giving 5 stars to help boost their rating. We'll deserved!

Positive: "" Negative: Way better options for cheaper. Coffee was empty in lobby coffee the first morning, was old in the lobby the second morning. No sugar, the entire stay. no breakfast. staff was not very friendly. Will continue to stay at the Drury Inn going forward

Greetings I stayed here Friday night after I flew in and got my rental car. The staff was so friendly, but most important they renovated since I was here last. I saw many areas of improvement. Front desk, super friendly, following Hilton standards. I came back again on Wednesday night since the beds were so comfortable. The location is great, rate is great even if you’re not Hilton loyal. Most importantly, the staff makes me feel like family. I went downstairs, had to get toasted raviolis. I highly recommend this before 10 PM. I got in just in time to enjoy that. If you have any issues, the front desk, housekeeping, and lounge team members are so kind.

Happy to see that the new management has really turned the place around! I used to stay here mainly for the location, but now I can actually enjoy my stay as well. The hotel is much cleaner and the staff is much nicer. Manu checked me in and was great—very friendly and helpful. I really appreciated the interaction. If they can fix the broken treadmill, it would be the cherry on top.

This location is not pleasant, Atmosphere weather was nice hotel smelled and reeked a strong scent. Room outdated and no mini appliances. If I could give them a zero I most certainly would. The bathroom soap holder was torn/removed completely from the wall. All of the dispensers were empty. Went to grab the shower bar and the handle fell apart. I went to speak with the manager no guest service on duty. Just a sign that said leave the keys in this box! Once I returned later I addressed with the guest service. I was told a manager would contact me. Well I’m still waiting. I took pictures and showed them. My stay needed to be discounted for the shape my room was in. I will be contacting Hilton Honors as well! Value should have been less not worth the amount I paid.
