Customer Reviews
We recently booked this hotel and conference room for a weekend business meeting. What a wonderful experience! The sales coordinator and staff attended to every detail quickly and efficiently. The catered meeting made us feel as we were a top hotel priority that day, and the food was hot and delicious as well. I can not say enough positive things about this hotel and experience, and this is coming from someone who plans and attends these type of events regularly. Even the front desk and bartending staff were amazing! Additionally, a great location for local area attractions. A+
We stayed here for a 2-night getaway in Saint Augustine. We enjoyed the location in the historic district. The location is excellent, close to the attractions in the historic district. The rooms were extremely clean. And the breakfast was a great bonus. I recommend this hotel highly. The only reason that I would give it four instead of five stars was that it was during COVID, and I am not one who doesn't like my room cleaned each morning. It is a really good and reasonable Hotel.
The hotel is very nice, great location. The staff is not very friendly or welcoming, especially for $400 + room charge per night. There is no complimentary breakfast. Continental is $15, full buffet is $17. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Overall an ok stay, I guess I just wish that, for the price, the staff could act a little more friendly and welcoming, even if its just an act....LOL
Nicole Kelly, the sales & marketing coordinator at the Double Tree, was absolutely amazing in helping us book our wedding room block and rehearsal dinner. She made the entire process effortless, ensuring our guests felt comfortable and well taken care of. She also helped us plan a beautiful rehearsal dinner in the Anastasia Ballroom, making the evening seamless and unforgettable. Her professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail truly made our wedding weekend extra special. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience or a friendlier, more accommodating event manager! ✨💖
Very nice hotel about a 20 minute walk from the touristy areas of St. Augustine. Rooms and hotel appeared to be relatively new and was well kept. Room and bathroom were both pretty big with plenty of room for luggage. Gym was not large but had everything one needs for a good workout. Front desk staff was moderately friendly at check in, and they checked up on us during our stay via text which I really liked. Staff was responsive to our needs. Beware the daily parking fee- it's not included in the hotel rate and it is not cheap.
