Positive: Front desk gave us an upgrade to an ocean view room. Lots of affordable dining options nearby. Negative: The room we initially got had a view of the parking lot and a full-size refrigerator that half blocks the room's entrance. Yellow lighting in the hallways gives a dingy feeling when you step off the elevator.

Burning up my last free night but paid for one but completely validating that I'm switching to Mariott. ||Hotel itself is in good shape and nice. Convenient location and great views of the ocean.||Booked this place as it's November and it has an indoor pool. Nice weekend away for our 12th anniversary that was close. General Manager allowed a guest (one guest) to host a birthday party for 7 or 8 year olds (best guess). Verified with Manager on duty. Despite not being guests, party is allowed. They've taken over the entire pool area for going on three hours now. Multiple visits to the front desk and Manager on duty. Been made clear there will be no refunds or credits, just a big obscene gesture to the other paid guests.||Completely validates my decision to move on, cancel my Hhonors

We enjoy staying here many times a year . The rooms are comfy with ocean views . This last visit was quiet and nice but the rooms really need an update . We do not understand why you have a worn out , very uncomfortable tiny love seat for 2 people in a room that sleeps 8 people . The cushions are worn and stained . We were very surprised in the condition of the entire room . There was a big hole in the carpet and in other areas the carpet was ripped . The curtains and black out blinds were hanging down . In the bathroom the faucet needed repair and the makeup light did not work and hanging off the wall . . How were all of these things missed . .this is an expensive hotel not the motel 6 and it should not look like this . We hope these repairs are made in every room , because we do

Stayed here 1/7/2026 had a great time with the help of the friendly front desk associate who checked me into my room. The room was exceptionally clean and I would definitely stay here again and I also like that they do not allow pets which is good for people who have allergies. Their cookies they offer at check in are delicious too!

We were here during the off season. Love the atmosphere. The calm and serenity in this area. Close to fast food restaurants and local cuisines. The room was great and spacious for our small family. The pool and jacuzzi were nice, the kids enjoyed them. Looking forward to come back again next year.
