DoubleTree by Hilton Fort Myers at Bell Tower Shops

I had a great 3 night stay. Friendly staff. Ate at Shoeless Joes, in the hotel, and I can't say enough about my waitress, KK. She was prompt and provided excellent service with a smile. I was having a rough day, went to another restaurant nearby & they were so rude, so I chose to leave & go back to the hotel restaurant. And I'm so glad I did. Thank you for your kindness, KK.

Positive: proximity to many things. We were about 25-30 minutes from sanibel island and 25 from ft Myers?s beach. Clean. Pool was nice and cool. Clean. Gym had brand new equipment. Clean. Warm cookies upon arrival. Very friendly staff. Negative: Nothing

This hotel was very nice. Most all of the staff was very helpful both in the restaurant (Shoeless Joe Jacksons) & the hotel itself. There is plenty of ample complimentary parking. It is a good launching point to get to your daily assignments. The hotel breakfast & dinner menu is very good, compared to many other Double Tree & Garden locations. They also have a daily special every night. We were a bit perturbed to find after a very, very long drive that the restaurant had decided to shut down early that Sunday & we just missed them & had to go without that evening after a long day on the road with no lunch or dinner & not much of a breakfast. Also, that same evening the computers had all shut down & they could not issue room keys amongst other things, but the night clerk worked diligently t

Great location with many store, movies and restaurants around in walking distance. Service very “dry” . Rooms clean and big! Very cobras with big TV. Showers 🚿 also clean. Towels nicely folded and whitewashed clean . Plenty of parking space . Working pool

We really loved this hotel. Super friendly staff, clean rooms, fantastic heated pool, free parking, great breakfast buffet, a nice fitness room and guest laundry. Honestly, nothing negative to say. If we are ever back in the area, we would definitely stay again.
