Dickinson Inn

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The only way to turn on the TV was a power button underneath it, and there was no way to pull up a guide or watch anything on it No tv remote. The ac/ heating unit I noticed was unplugged and when I plugged it back in I found out that it was stuck on cool and couldn't be changed( it was 50 degrees outside) so unplugged and just used the bedding to stay warm. Also no soap or shampoo in the bathroom.

Our room was a pit. There was no handle on the bathroom door (just a hole where one used to be), the bathroom was dirty ( trash in the trash can and dirty towels under the sink). The bathtub was dirty and the overflow cover was missing so there was a big hole in the tub. The sink counter was held up by a 2x4. The fan in the bathroom had no cover so again just a hole in the ceiling. Our room was supposed to have a fridge but didn’t. ||I obviously would have asked for another room but we were so tired from traveling and just wanted to sleep. The beds were on a platform which I think some people like, but I had to get a running start to get in and I had to make sure to my dog didn’t try to jump off. ||When I went to the office to discuss in the morning, all the guy said is, “I didn’t know tha

First off the building itself and the rooms are definitely one star no question about it , but having said that Nick the host he absolutely gets 1000 stars . He is simply amazing kind patient and so helpful . He makes the stay very pleasant he is defiantly one in a million and the diamond in the rough . And as a southern woman I know all about hospitality, he is the real deal !

First I wanna point out this hotel has the best manager Nick..he tried so hard to make sure everyone was good with everything and he doesnt get enough credit for all he does for this hotel Now with that being said this hotel has absolutely nothing the only thing good about the rooms were the beds Sink wouldn't go down towels are so old and gross floors are gross even if u do mop them If only the owner cared enough about this place as the other hotels he has, it would be a alright hotel.

Good value for the price. It’s not fancy, it’s not polished, but it was clean and the rooms are being updated. If you’re travelling through, this is a great spot to stop. Location is close to some great restaurants, close to gas stations, a lounge across the street. The gentleman that checked us in was friendly and was witty. Parking was good even with a truck and trailer.
