Diamond Inn Motel By OYO Jackson Hwy 80/ I-20

I had a wonderful stay at this motel The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was very polite, and Everything was well maintained and the service felt more like a 5-star hotel Definitely recommend staying here

Had made reservations at the hotel about a 1/2 mile away from here. The desk clerk said they were sold out because of a storm & power outage the night before. He made a call & told us to go to the Diamond Inn for the night because they were the only room available for 50 miles. We drove less than a mile away to the Diamond Inn where we paid $61 for a room with 2 queen beds. Signs posted on the office window stated NO REFUNDS, NO VISITORS, NO KEY REPLACEMENTS. We parked quite a ways from our 2nd floor room and were immediately sized up by the gang of people standing in open doorways and sitting or standing on the stairs we had to walk up to get to our room. We gathered our bags and walked passed the stair gang to our room. The chain on the door was missing, there were at least 200 cigarette

Its ight but wouldn't stay long....its a 5min wait at the front...lots of traffic....worried about sleep or noise you'll have lots of complaints not kid friendly more of a party every night...never running outta entertainment 24/7 service from community not the (can't speak no English) establishment 🤷🏾‍♀️not finna sugar coat nun other then that is it worth spending yea for two nights to if u last that long 🤣but other then that have fun 👍 dont we all Perfect hide out from any and everyone need a escape from friends family or kids this is the perfect place to turn too for every enjoyment or entertainment ur lookin for 😉😉like glo its all their 😁

What I would suggest, management focus on the hygiene of the hotel, if we pay for the room then we want to have the service as well. I know it’s low budget but still at least yall could change the pillow case, bedsheet and at least clean the AC. It was full of dust.

Room was very clean and quiet. Will stay again when needed. If you’re looking to get some sleep and save some money as we’ll definitely try this location.
