Deluxe Inn

Wasn't impressed by reviews but decided to check it out myself... First off there's junkies hanging in the parking lot yelling no security, woman at window I'm assuming an owner, very rude!! Not no where near worth the $112 they were charging!! Didn't stay and don't recommend!!! Run!!!

It was okay. Room alittle on small side to have double beds. When I checked in paid one night with cash. Rold them be in the morning to pay with card more nights. Last minute got to get out someone else has it booked.

So although the people were friendly enough this motel has really old furnishings and is part of the Fort Myers US 41 Axis of Evil and Price Fixing. All the hotels seem to be owned by one family or possibly family relatives and all mysteriously have the same price that they will not budge on, even after you show them what other hotels (other than these 5) in the area go for. No matter what time of year, in season or out, their prices are identical and often above much nicer, newer places. If you are going to have a cute old quaint motel on busy, noisy US 41, it seems to me you should charge less than newer, better equipped and quieter hotels less than a mile down the road. Like all of these 5, there are more than a few suspect transactions that take place, but that can be true of any hotel

This place need to be shut down. The linens are dirty room. The rooms smell musty and of cigarette smoke. The walls are dirty and the bathroom was so filthy.

Do not recommend this place is a dump no rooms was clean ever since I been here I been sick dirty shower and sheets I felt so uncomfortable the bathroom have mold in it it’s a bad smell inside that won’t go away all you see is drug dealers very noisy Please do not stay here it’s not worth $90 a night more like $25 please shut this place down I want my refund back and when I got here I open the fridge it wasn’t clean out they just left it dirty like that disgusting I wanted to cry so bad
