Deluxe Inn Denton

5 starts cause I was helped out amazingly by the front staff Paul and the manager on duty they worked with me amazingly to be able to even get a room. but about the hotel experience the area is basically dingy and doesn’t make you feel safe to exactly be out at night without a way to protect yourself and the rooms are not to good to say the least but they work my room didn’t have a remote nor a phone to be called from by the front desk witch to me isn’t a big deal just something that happened and was probably an honest mistake it does show signs of some bugs also no bad at all in my room I had room128 saw just small bugs no where near the bed either witch is a plus compared to their close by competitions reviews and the room didn’t have any change of blankets or other sheets to put ontop o

The rooms are beautiful, and, nice, and the floor were squeaky clean and the room service was immaculate The air WAS AMAZING I GIVE IT 11 stars.

Rooms were shit and on top of that we’ve been locked out of our room for 9 outlets no staff present and nobody answering the phone and all our stuff is in there

DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE PICTURES ONLINE. THIS PLACE IS DIRTY AND GROSS!! We reserved a room and there were so many things wrong from the check in to the customer service to the sheets having fresh mustard stain on them!! We didn't stay!! We went to another motel same price and so much cleaner.
