Ms. Karla was very nice and helpful. The room itself appeared clean at the beginning but when I lifted my covers I was to disgusted to sleep under it so I slept on top of the cover my entire trip. I had to ask for room service.. Towels/ wash clothes were dirty.. one had blood on it and stains on others. Shower floors were nasty!! We used their towels in the shower and on the floors. And when you shower the water drips off the ceiling.. yuck!! It did not meet Marriott standards.. I was surprised! I would not recommend!

Positive: Everything was really nice and comfortable aside from the 3 items noted otherwise. Negative: 1. The shower flooring is water damaged and most likely has mold growing.2. The light above the coffee maker continuously flicked whenever on.3. The baseboard area located to the left of the floor lamp has what looks like fitted wood.

The hotel always smells fresh and clean in the lobby and the room. The hotel is always quiet to make testing very easy. The hotel attendant has always been polite and respectful to make sure that my stay is great. The location of the hotel is less that 5 minutes from where I need to be for my appointment

Update: My bonvoy points didn’t post so I had to go through a whole submitted process that was uber annoying. The back door didn’t lock to the hotel. I did relay to team at hotel. TL;DR staff incredibly responsive and helpful, easily navigated and resolved any issue that popped up, love the mattress super comfortable, organic teas provided in room and love that the brand of soap donates for every bottle sold, room was spacious with dorm like aesthetics. Very kind and would ask how our pup in the hospital at CVETS was doing. I had some last minute needs to be in Columbia, SC and stayed under 2 separate reservations and nights. The staff are extremely welcoming and the most responsive via messaging on the Bonvoy app that I have ever experienced in a hotel. The rooms are quite spacious wh

The service at the hotel and restaurant were exceptional. I didn’t expect it, considering that it looks like an abandoned place but the lobby is beautiful and extremely welcoming and the staff were polite and extremely accommodating. We’ll be back!
