QUIET & CLEAN! This is a basic motel but it's clean & comfortable. Rooms have a Microwave & refrigerator. Ice & soda machine outside. This is a good place if you are looking for a decent night's sleep. The Management is very nice & friendly. They keep the property very clean . My husband has stayed here many times when out of town working. I've stayed as well. NO BUGS!! We have stayed many times throughout 6 months and haven't seen a single bug!! If you're looking for luxury, this isn't the place but if you want quiet, clean, safe & comfortable room for a decent price...... this place is more then good.

All I can say is terrible! We had to stay for a Week because we had no other option.. Worst decision ever! first day was okay but after that, consistent bugging from the front counter man..very noisy and manipulative. Seem nice but any noise making he's at your door. You have to be good staying there, it's like school...No talking,stay quiet stay in your room and it will be an easy stay...Don't even think about throwing a party there, it won't fly!

It's okay. If you're looking for something for the night, lower price, etc...this is the place. The pillows were very much used and flat, the room smelled, the coffee maker was pretty dirty (chose not to use it) and most of the supplies that come with the room are pretty low quality. The washcloths and towels drove me nuts, way too rough. But overall, it's okay. I wouldn't really recommend this place, however, it's not bad.

We didn't even make it an entire day. We had paid for the room, and when we went to check in at 3pm, the room wasn't ready yet. When it was finally done, we went and looked at the room. The room was dirty, had a very stale smell and a weak air conditioner. And the bed was a queen bed, when we were promised a king. We told them that we were told that we would get a King bed, and the front desk clerk essentially told us we were liars. The refund was almost impossible to get. The man offered a double bed room, for 20 dollars more than we already had paid. Terrible little motel in an upscale place like Livermore. Needs to be demolished.

I enjoyed my stay the room had a kitchenette with the fridge and microwave and a bathtub in the bathroom you don't find that in hotels anymore. The management was very nice and friendly....
