I'm not sure why the negative reviews. I stay in dozens of hotels a year, and this one is very nice! Plus: REALLY comfy beds, modern and CLEAN room, plenty of outlets, plenty of lights, super convenient and connected to the convention center. I like the concrete floors, they are CLEAN and with rugs and slippers absolutely fine. I like the keyless entry too, though I understand it's not for everyone. Comfy linens, cool modern design. Nice views. Minus: The sliding door on the bathroom kept coming off the slider and was heavy and dangerous for a small lady like me to try to maneuver. Needs to be secured so it cannot fall. Wish there was a phone in the room. (And Bible, lol.) Medium: Breakfast was adequate. The hotel is obviously a work in progress. They are going in the right

What's the point of "high tech" if the basic functions aren't there? Never even got to stay at the hotel. Booked online for Saturday. Got an email on Friday that the reservation was for Sunday. Used the text message system to try to correct the date and told everything was fixed. Arrived Saturday and the reservation was still for Sunday. I was in line with two other people also having reservation issues. There was another line of people waiting on towels and body wash. The hotel receptionist was kind, but said she wasn't able to help us since her support team wasn't responding. She said they would reach out to me. We waited for 30 minutes before we got a response. The person in the text messages apologized that the previous person in texts gave us wrong information and said they were happ

This hotel is finding its way from a transition from being a crown Plaza. Lobby is quite nice, rooms are OK (showers aren't great). Good bed and temperature control. Kind of cheaped out on the cable, none of the channels I usually watch on business trips were available. No daily housekeeping, no real check in desk (its all selfcheck in and QR codes) which was wearying as a business traveller. QR readers weren't very good. No response to issues mentioned in the mid stay satisfaction survey. Event rooms were ridiculous, very old and ceilings falling in. The sundries shop is kind of ridiculously high end for no good reason. (Foie Gras potato chips? $8 single source chocolate bars?) Because the experience is definitely NOT high end. Only one elevator worked. Nothing super horrible (aside from

The hotel was very nice and beautiful. The shower was amazing and the beds were so comfy ! The staff was very helpful and informative. The only downside was the unnecessary door that doesn't open to anything, just a wall. Overall I had a nice stay. Definitely recommend. Very convenient it being connected to the convention center. I would definitely stay again

If this is the future of hotels, I may no longer travel. I was in Dayton for a small convention over at the Dayton Convention center that I attend every November. When I heard the new connected hotel was reopening, I was excited for the convenience. The rooms had nice fixtures, but it was sparse. There was no carpet or flooring, just concrete which created a weird lip stepping into the bathroom. The shower was odd, half an immovable glass wall, half open, but rather than a walk-in, it was a tub you had to step in to, Weirdly, the sprinkler was in the shower so if there was a fire, the glass would likely prevent the water from putting it out. The QR codes are interesting but I had a little trouble getting them to scan sometimes but they were nice overall, as was using it for the garag
