Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Laredo

My husband has been working here for a month and staying at this location, he always takes care of his bill. I'm visiting at the moment from out of town, because I went somewhere on foot, then when I returned they wouldn't let me back in, even after I guaranteed them he'll be in after work to pay the weekly rate he's been paying. It's not like we're going anywhere as I explained to them we're visitors and as of right now I have no transportation to go anywhere less ditch the bill. Told them go ahead and charge the card if possible , showed proof with license that I'm his wife giving consent to charge the card, and now all of a sudden they can't, even though they have the information in front of them. I had to wait in the lobby for hours, remind you they have all our clothing and expensive

Hallway was extremely filthy. The carpet needs replacing to a floor that can be mopped. That was the worst first impression. Filthy hallway made the impression of an abandoned building. The musty smell was nauseous. The location was not good, loud traffic noise kept me awake. The breakfast area was a total contrast from the rooms. It was nice and clean. It seemed that I was at a different hotel.

The room was nice and cool and the air conditioning unit works great in room 157. The hallways had a weird smell from a certain type of food, but it wasn’t unbearable. The fridge is a decent size, and the water temperature can get really hot (if desired). All in all, it was a good stay. Oh, and the lady at the front was very professional, courteous, caring, and welcoming.

I was a guest @ this location over the weekend. I come to Laredo for business often. I am terribly impressed with 2 very Lovely individuals, specifically front desk. Alexandra & Mattew. They were extremely kind, sweet, friendly, not to mention welcoming to me. I could feel their warmth & genuine Lovely personalities. Of course so very professional as well as courteous. I extended my stay truly because of them. Alexandra's smile can light up a room. She is so sweet! Matthew is quite Charming & simple Adorable. He asked whatever I needed to simple ring the front desk. I am a member of Marriot Bonjoy but from now on, I feel right @ home here, @ Day's Inn. Thanks so much for making my stay so welcoming & comfortable.....You Guys are Rockstars!!! 🤩🤗😍

I want to like this place but walked into non smoking room and I smelt stale cigarettes. Bathroom was not as clean as you hope for and I had to look under the bed...scared me. Front desk was awesome service. The location was right off the interstate which is fine. Breakfast was told was good but missed it due to only being from 6 am to 9 am. You should extend that to at least 10 am but hey it's your hotel.
