Good rooms microwave fridge tv cable good beds desk and office chair but I found Roachs 🪳 in bathroom and in the bed covers. I asked them to give me another room to inspect and they did. It's the cheapest place around and no deposit needed. Nice people at desk. And has a/c and heater.

Short stay, but we got the rest we needed even if only a few hours to enjoy the sports game in Cincinnati. Staff were great on holding our reservation since we arrived after 4am.

Motel is located at the end of a row of hotels, near lots of restaurants and a shopping mall. Great location. Was far enough away from the interstate that noise was not an issue. My issues were that the first non-smoking room reeked of smoke so we were moved to another room. This room smelled fine; however, the floor was "spongy". It looked like the flooring had been replaced over top of a floor that had gotten wet and had swollen. The slats of the new floor were separating. We didn't want our bare feet to touch the floor so we kept our socks on the whole time. Other than that, the room was nice, had hot water for our showers, and the a/c was cool.

Location very quiet. Comfy beds. Got off to a bit of a rocky start but by the end was very happy and comfortable with hotel staff interaction. Excellent house keeping. Owner was very kind and hospitable.

Positive: Smoke room available. Negative: Housekeeping would just open the door without letting anyone get to the door to answer. The staff were rude. The fridge was dirty. The smoke room had roaches. Wi-Fi doesn?t work. Not good breakfast.
