Negative 5 stars......Horrible, absolutely Horrible. Tried checking in after midnight. Had to shoulder tackle door open. Light didn't work. Made our way in a found a light that did work. Turned it on and roaches started running everywhere. Went to bathroom turned on light, same thing. Moldy smell as well. Went straight back to front desk asked for refund. He cant do it, he's not authorized so I'll have to drive back across country on Monday to talk to manager for a refund. He claimed to be the maintenance man and he sprays every day 🤣. Place needs to bulldozed to the ground. Never ever ever try to stay here

Positive: Location but needs updated badly. Negative: My initial room had roaches crawling on the floor. I requested a room change but I should have just asked for a refund and found a different hotel. The second room was not much better but at least there was not any roaches. Old and musty.

We stayed at this days inn having made reservations in June. We attended the War Eagle fair. The room was awful. The carpet was matted and worn... staining our socks. (I wouldn't walk barefoot on the floor) the air-conditioned had to be (Jiggled) occasionally to keep it running. Walls had fresh stains in several places. Several roaches near the sink that only had hot hot water... no cold water. The bathtub drain was clogged with hair so that when we attempted to take a shower (we decided against it as it was too nasty) hair and nasty stuff backed up out into the sink. ||||The people were nice even though there weren't other rooms available to go to. Our friends rooms were just as bad. We called around in a 50 mile radius to locate another place to stay but couldn't find anything available.

WORST ROOM EXPERIENCE EVER!!! The hotel clerk was horrible. Rooms have roaches, the air conditioning unit made a loud unbearable noise that kept me and my family up all night. The rooms are not cleaned very well. Problems with the TV. The room was definitely overpriced, the pool looks like a sewer. I WOULD ADVISE ANYONE TO NOT STAY HERE!!!!

Manager was very friendly, check in process was quick. The room was spacious and the bed was so comfortable i slept like a baby. Once we walked in the property we felt the comfort.
