We had the cleanest room! On top of this beautiful mountain with breathtaking breakfast views! The staff was without question nothing less than amazing! She was so sweet and so kind and made it sure that we had every single thing we could possibly need. Breakfast was good. But I was missing the sausage gravy and eggs. I'm so grateful for a beautiful place with an amazing crew at a really wonderful price. Thank you thank you thank you

Positive: Location. Regarding the last question, I did not select a star level, but I had to choose a number to Submit. Now I can't get back to the stars to select one. I would choose a 2. Negative: They had only one hanger and could not find any others, so I had to go buy some to hang up my clothes. My sink stopper was missing. I reported it, but I never got a replacement. I was there from Thursday to Sunday. The free breakfast lacked variety.

Stayed two nights recently and had two major complaints.1) No maid service ($225/night). When I called and asked I was told they were short of staff! Clearly they are cutting staff for off season. Should have been warned when I went to check in and there was no one at the front desk and I was told to check in at the Pro Shop. 2) 2nd complaint, for a resort the rooms are sparse and designed for easy maintenace and cleaning. Asked for call from Manager never received and never got maid service!

Zero ⭐☆☆☆☆ 1-Star Review – Days Inn by Wyndham, Waynesville NC I would not recommend staying here. Our room had roaches, which is completely unacceptable. The shower was filthy and clearly had not been properly cleaned. The toilet was loose, creating a safety and sanitation concern. The bathroom door would not shut, offering no privacy at all. To make matters worse, the mattress was broken, making it extremely uncomfortable to sleep. Overall, this stay was very disappointing and far below what should be expected from a hotel.

If I could leave a zero star review I absolutely would. My husband & I came for a business trip. We stood at this hotel. Let’s start with the fact that the sink was clogged & leaking water it couldn’t be used & when we called about it we just got ok I’ll let them know. We checked out and when checking out the front desk had there doors closed assuming because of the time and security purposes which fine. My husband clearly needed to check out so he knocked on the door to get someone’s attention that should have already been mindful of the front desk (not hiding in the back) especially because the doors were closed.
