Best Western Smoky Mountain Inn

What an amazing find! We were on a road trip from Atlanta to Pigeon Forge, GPS was taking us up a mountain when the signal went out. Made a nerve wracking u-turn and decided to stop for the night. The woman at the front desk was so kind and helpful!!! We’ve marked as a safe place to stop on future trips! Room was clean and the shower head and pressure were amazing, I felt I was being power washed!!! The a/c was perfect!!!

Love the outdoor chairs and the rockers. Our room was on the backside and what a beautiful well maintained landscape. The breakfast area is very tiny. The check-in and check-out hosts were very kind and positive people. As BW rewards members we had a deluxe welcome bag in our room. It contained more than just bottled water.

Room was clean. Good location close to town. Linens were dated and mattress was very worn. Shower head was loose and didn't spray well. Breakfast was very poor. Would rate the breakfast a 1 out of 10. Very friendly staff

Pros: The motel was very clean and the staff is very friendly. It is also conveniently located and a short drive to downtown. The carpet in our room looked new and the decor was typical of the average hotel. ||Cons: The linens are absolutely worn out. The towels were very thin and gray (they had been white back in the day).|The mattresses need to be replaced as well. They are saggy, lumpy and lack support. We are picky about food so we did not enjoy their complimentary breakfast of frozen sausage biscuits, etc…

Came to town to buy a truck and decided last minute to stay the night, this place had a room for a great price and what a quiet cozy place! The bed was perfect the staff was perfect and the cleanliness was spectacular even the door hinges looked brand new! Don’t skip out on this one!!!
