Positive: Leaving it Negative: Sheets had burn holes in them towels and rags were so nasty we went and bought our own bathroom door couldn’t shut all the way there was dirt in corner under cabinets and ironing board pool wasn’t working and the breakfast was stale cereal and coffee

If you just need a place for a night to lay your head. It'll do.. but dont expect anything else. Not stopper for the tub, almost no hot water. A slight trickle of warm just to knock the chill off was all I got for a shower. The hotel only had 3 guests, so it was not because it was full. Everything is in need of repair. POOL HAS NO Water in it. BREAKFAST IS ONE ITEM, WHICH WAS Coco Puffs or Fruit Loops for cereal. Or a mini muffin, juice, or coffee.|We booked for 2 nights when we returned the room key had to be rekeyed because it is reset.|The couch has different cushions on it fake leather, and the coach is fabric that has been cat scratched. The doors are falling apart.|They offer an ironing baird but no iron.|They do have a mini fridge and a microwave.|An ice machine is located outsid

Very clean and well maintained property. Staff were very helpful and accomading to my spec I al needs. Pet friendly, lots of grass to walk on. Would recommend And stay here in the future. Walkable to restaurants and major shopping stores.

I love love to stay in this hotel every time I come to Washington. I stayed in here several times. This is a family owned business and they put so much love into what they do. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, I haven’t encounter any bugs like other reviews stated, and regarding the breakfast is great for the price you are paying. I have no complaints. Owners are nice, polite, honest, and hard working people.

Arrived very late and with a pet we were welcomed quickly and had a very nice and clean room. Breakfast and coffee provided. Super convenient as well. Would definitely stay again.
